1. Who we are

FinSolution is a loan comparison and matching service for users in the Philippines. The website https://finsolutionph.com/ is operated by LEAD-CASH L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company in the United Arab Emirates.

Business license number: 2201969.01

Formation number: 2201969

Business address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

LEAD-CASH L.L.C-FZ acts as the personal information controller for processing whose purposes and means it determines.

FinSolution does not issue loans, approve loan applications or collect repayments. Each lender is responsible for its own lending decisions and agreements.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use our service, we may process:

  • Contact information: your first name, last name, mobile number and email address submitted through our registration form.
  • Service information: loan preferences and other details you provide when requesting matching or contacting us.
  • Communications: enquiries, requests, complaints and correspondence with our team.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps and interaction events.
  • Technology identifiers: cookies, browser storage identifiers and advertising or analytics identifiers.
  • Subscription information: email, SMS or browser notification preferences and related subscription identifiers.
  • Choice records: consent, withdrawal and communication preferences.

Yandex Metrica is configured with click maps, link tracking and Webvisor. These features can record website interactions, including navigation, clicks and scrolling.

Please do not send passwords, payment card security codes or unnecessary identity documents through email.

3. How we obtain information

We obtain information from details you submit, your communications with us and technical interactions between your browser and the website.

Third-party websites and lenders may collect additional information directly from you. Their privacy notices apply to their independent processing.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process information for the following purposes:

Providing the requested service. We use submitted details to respond to your requests and support comparison or matching. Where applicable, processing is based on steps you request before entering a service agreement or performance of that service.

Referrals and data sharing. Where matching involves sending personal information to another provider, an applicable legal basis is required. Where consent is required, it must be specific and informed about the recipient, information and purpose.

Communications. We use contact details to answer enquiries and handle requests. Optional promotional communications require an appropriate separate choice or other applicable lawful basis.

Analytics and advertising measurement. We use technical and interaction information to understand website usage and advertising performance. Consent is required where applicable to optional tracking.

Security and misuse prevention. Relevant technical information may be processed to protect the service and investigate misuse, on the basis of legitimate interests where permitted and appropriately assessed.

Legal obligations and claims. Relevant information may be processed to meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Acceptance of this Privacy Policy does not constitute consent to every processing purpose. Legitimate interests are not a blanket basis for processing sensitive personal information.

5. Matching and lending decisions

Information provided for matching may be used to filter or order available options. A displayed offer or ranking is not a loan approval.

FinSolution does not make the lender’s credit decision. Each lender independently assesses applications and determines eligibility, rates, fees and repayment terms.

You may contact us to ask about the use of your information in matching.

6. Recipients of information

Information may be accessed by authorised personnel and service providers where needed for the stated purposes.

Relevant recipient categories include:

  • Hosting, website infrastructure and security providers.
  • Systems used to process service requests and manage communications.
  • Email, SMS and browser notification providers.
  • Analytics and advertising technology providers.
  • Loan providers or comparison services involved in a requested referral, where sharing is authorised.
  • Authorities or other parties where disclosure is required or otherwise lawfully justified.

Technologies connected to the website include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica, Cloudflare Web Analytics and a Webpushs notification script. Google AdSense is connected on pages where its advertising technology is enabled.

These services may receive technical identifiers and interaction information. Some providers act as processors for particular activities and as separate controllers for others.

A referral commission does not authorise unrelated use of your personal information. Contact us for information about recipients relevant to your interaction.

7. International processing

Our operator is based in the United Arab Emirates. Information may also be processed outside the Philippines in countries where our infrastructure, authorised personnel or service providers operate.

The operator’s registration address does not establish the location of all servers or databases. Applicable safeguards and legal requirements must be satisfied for relevant international processing.

You may contact [email protected] for information about processing locations and arrangements relevant to your data.

8. Retention

Identifiable information should not be retained longer than necessary for its stated purpose, applicable legal obligations and relevant claims.

Retention is assessed by category:

  • Matching and referral information: for the period needed to handle the request and related enquiries, reconciliation or disputes.
  • Support correspondence: for the period needed to resolve the matter and address related obligations or claims.
  • Marketing details: while the relevant subscription remains active and the details remain needed for that purpose.
  • Withdrawal and suppression records: to respect your communication choices and avoid contacting you again contrary to those choices.
  • Consent records: where needed to demonstrate the choice made and address applicable obligations or claims.
  • Technical logs and analytics: according to the purpose and relevant system settings.
  • Backups: according to the applicable backup rotation and recovery arrangements.

Cookie expiry and server-side retention are different. Deleting a browser cookie does not automatically delete information already received by a provider.

You may request information about the retention applicable to your records or request deletion where permitted by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • Be informed about processing.
  • Request access to your information.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Object to relevant processing.
  • Withdraw consent.
  • Request erasure, blocking or restriction.
  • Request portability where applicable.
  • Complain to a competent data protection authority.

To make a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Explain your request and identify the relevant interaction.

Proportionate identity verification may be necessary before information is disclosed or changed. Requests are subject to applicable exceptions and response requirements.

You may contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission at https://privacy.gov.ph/ where its jurisdiction applies.

10. Marketing and notification choices

You may withdraw marketing consent using an unsubscribe facility provided in a message or by emailing [email protected] and identifying the relevant channel and contact details.

For browser notifications, change the permission for finsolutionph.com in your browser settings. Revoking browser permission does not automatically delete a server-side subscription record; you may request that separately.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Necessary responses to your service or privacy requests are separate from promotional messages.

11. Security and policy changes

No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Information must be handled with safeguards proportionate to its nature and the risks involved.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The updated version will appear on this page with its revision date. Publication of a revised policy does not replace fresh consent where it is required.
